1. Service Description
BQ AI Inspector is an AI-powered search visibility inspection and optimization tool for cross-border e-commerce sellers. The service allows you to:
- Submit eBay listing URLs or website URLs for free AI visibility analysis
- Receive inspection reports including scores, issues, and recommendations
- Purchase one-time AI optimization reports for eligible inspections
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to useBQ AI Inspector. By using the service, you represent that you meet these requirements and that any URLs you submit are URLs you own or have authorization to analyze.
3. Account & Access
BQ AI Inspector currently does not require account registration. Inspection jobs are identified by unique job IDs. You are responsible for saving your report links. We are not obligated to retain job data indefinitely.
4. Free & Paid Services
Free Inspection: AI visibility audits are provided at no charge. We reserve the right to impose reasonable usage limits to prevent abuse.
Paid Optimization: AI optimization is a one-time digital purchase per inspection report. Pricing is displayed on our Pricing page. Payment is processed through third-party payment providers (e.g., Stripe). We do not currently offer recurring subscriptions.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Submit URLs you do not own or lack permission to analyze
- Use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload our systems
- Resell or redistribute inspection or optimization outputs without authorization
- Submit malicious URLs or content designed to harm our infrastructure
6. Intellectual Property
BQ AI Inspector, its software, branding, and report formats are owned by Hebei Boqi Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd.. You retain ownership of your original listing and website content. AI-generated optimization suggestions are licensed to you for use in your own e-commerce operations upon successful payment.
7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
Inspection scores and optimization suggestions are generated by artificial intelligence and are provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee specific search rankings, AI citation outcomes, or sales results. You are solely responsible for reviewing and applying any AI-generated content before publishing it to your listings or website.
8. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. Scheduled maintenance and third-party API outages (e.g., crawling or LLM providers) may temporarily affect service performance.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hebei Boqi Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or revenue, arising from your use of BQ AI Inspector. Our total liability for any claim related to a paid purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for that specific optimization report.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hebei Boqi Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights through content you submit or publish.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in the jurisdiction where Hebei Boqi Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. is registered, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
