3. AI Processing & Third-Party Services
To deliver our service, we use third-party providers including web crawling services and large language model (LLM) APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, or compatible providers). URL content and inspection data may be transmitted to these providers solely for the purpose of generating your report.
Where available, we prefer AI providers that offer no-training or limited-retention options for API traffic. Actual retention depends on the configured vendor and plan — see our Trust Center for current practices. We do not claim universal zero retention across all providers.
4. Data Storage & Retention
Inspection jobs and reports are stored temporarily on our application servers and database. We retain job data for a limited period sufficient to deliver the service and handle support requests, after which it may be deleted. We do not guarantee indefinite storage of free inspection reports — please save or download your results.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:
- Service providers: Payment processors, cloud hosting, crawling, and AI API providers under contractual confidentiality obligations
- Legal requirements: When required by law, court order, or government request
