- Do I need a subscription?
- No. Inspections are always free. AI Optimization is a one-time purchase of $6.99 per report — or a $29.99 5-pack. You only pay when you choose to optimize.
- What payment methods are accepted?
- Stripe (cards) internationally, and WorldFirst where enabled. WeChat Pay / Alipay are only offered after async confirmation is configured.
- Can I inspect multiple URLs?
- Yes. Each URL gets its own free inspection. Optimization is purchased per report.
- What platforms are supported?
- Any website (single page or full-site crawl) and eBay listings. Shopify / WooCommerce are inspected as websites with matching apply guides; Amazon-specific inspector is on the roadmap.
- How do refunds work?
- See our Refund Policy. In short: request a refund within 7 days if the optimization output is defective or unusable.
